Where duplicate Accounts are identified, mikey88 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, withhold winnings earned through duplicate account activity, and recover any bonuses obtained by way of such conduct.
You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using mikey88 is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. mikey88 does not represent or warrant that its services are legally available in all territories. If you are located in a Prohibited Territory, you must not register or use the platform. Any registration in breach of this provision renders the Account void.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mikey88 Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. mikey88 shall not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to an Account caused by a Member's failure to safeguard their credentials. Any suspected unauthorised access must be reported to mikey88 support immediately.
mikey88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage of the Account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period specified by mikey88 may result in temporary restrictions on Account withdrawals or Account suspension. KYC documentation may include, without limitation: national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address, bank statements, and source of funds declarations.
An Account that has been inactive — defined as no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity — for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. mikey88 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant Accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, communicated to Members via their registered email address with reasonable prior notice.
mikey88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). mikey88 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice to Members where practicable.
Deposits made via e-wallet (Touch n Go, Boost) are typically credited to a Member's Account within seconds of successful payment confirmation. FPX bank transfers are generally credited within minutes, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. mikey88 does not impose a platform-level fee on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the mikey88 Account. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Completed KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request. mikey88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence reviews on withdrawal requests that are materially larger than a Member's historical deposit pattern, or where the source of funds is unclear.

Bonus funds and free bets are subject to expiry periods specified in each promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, unclaimed or partially-wagered bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation. Members are responsible for tracking the validity window of all bonuses credited to their Account.
All sports bets placed on mikey88 are subject to the platform's published sportsbook rules, which govern settlement procedures, void bet conditions, in-play bet acceptance, and handicap market interpretations. In the event of a dispute regarding sportsbook settlement, mikey88's decision, made in reference to its published rules and official match data, shall be final and binding.

Void bets will be refunded to the Member's Account Balance. mikey88's determination of void bet status is final.

mikey88 reserves the right to immediately suspend any Account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct, withhold all associated balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate.
All content on the mikey88 platform — including but not limited to graphics, logos, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, and the mikey88 brand name — is the proprietary intellectual property of mikey88 or its licensed game providers. Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for their personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates automatically upon Account closure or suspension.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, mikey88 shall not be liable to any Member for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill; (b) indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; or (c) any loss arising from a Member's reliance on information published on the platform, including but not limited to betting tips, odds, or promotional materials.
mikey88's total aggregate liability to any Member for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that Member into their Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits mikey88's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.
The mikey88 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While mikey88 takes reasonable steps to ensure platform availability, it makes no warranty, express or implied, that access to the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or terms breach forfeit all associated funds.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which mikey88 holds its operational licences. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Member's satisfaction within this period, the Member may escalate the matter through the applicable alternative dispute resolution process.
mikey88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via their registered email address and/or a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendments are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case they take effect immediately upon publication.
Continued use of the mikey88 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Member's acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Member does not accept the revised Terms, they must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 11 above.
